( a 2 day class that was hosted by Gary Douglas, founder of Access that was recorded live in December) This class will be watched on a big screen(just like you are in the class!) . We will pause the recorded class to encourage questions,discuss, process and facilitate anything thats coming up!! Get the pun?!

I’m excited! I have just sent in the design for my new business card and stationary…t-shirts to follow!! The logo a few of you maybe familiar with BE YOU AND CHANGE THE WORLD.

Did you know that when you be you,without a point of view,without having to be or do (prove) anything,without judgement of you, you are a gift to the planet?

What if the greatest source of pollution on this planet, is anger,rage,hate,shame and guilt? What if you could change where you dis-empower yourself by choosing these emotions and allowing them to hijack you,your happiness,joy and laughter ? And YES…you do choose them…

How do you change ??

1) Ask a question like, How does it get any better than this? Everytime you “feel” these emotions gripping,ask this question a few times until you feel lighter.

2) Find someone to run your Bars. The Bars are like a de-frag for your mind and body. You get to relax for around an hour while someone gifts you a session. 32 points on your head are lightly touched relieving you of literally 1000′s of thoughts,feelings,emotions,attitudes,beliefs,decisions,judgements etc. Each point on your head relates to areas of life such as, money,control,body,sexuality,healing,joy,sadness,creativity,aging,hopes,dreams,awareness to name a few.

At the very least you will get up feeling like you have had a great massage and the best, your whole life can change.

A session with Viv is like something I can’t explain!!!! I just tell people to go…it works!!!

Its non-invasive and the result just suddenly comes on you and you feel totally different. I felt a bit spaced out and like i have had a weight taken off my shoulders and that lasted! Viv ,you have helped me to process what was happening to me (my husband cheated and left me) in a positive light,so I didn’t sink, I could actually swim through the difficult time, as hard as it was. I gained a change in my life and awareness and courage to seek what else was possible for me. I felt empowered and we talked about my issues-you didn’t judge,we just talked and you came up with awesome possibilities/strategies for change. It was like taking the pressure off before I exploded. After I could function from a place that was not wracked with pain. My life was able to move forward in a shorter time span that I thought was possible..and the best thing of all…I’m not blaming me and I don’t hate him!! Name with-held. Brisbane.
